Sizes and payment must accompany your order along with your contact information. 

 We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible, still differences may occur. Although the finest dyes are used in our materials, lots can absorb dye to slightly varying degrees and shading differences may occur. Please provide us with all information when placing orders. If trying to match a previous order, state that when ordering. If garment has lettering or monogramming, please send sample or picture. Lettering or monogramming on uniforms may vary slightly due to font/style changes. Therefore, TC Spirit cannot guarantee a perfect color or font match. There may be small variances between sizing samples and uniforms in size due to design and braid placement. With manufactured uniforms, up to a 1” tolerance is allowable on all garments and placement of lettering on shells and skirts and all other custom garments.  

 TC Spirit stands behind all of our products. If we have manufactured a garment incorrectly or there is a defect, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Please call your sales representative within 5 days of receiving your order if you believe there is a defect or error. Garments must be returned to be inspected for repair or replacement with a Return Authorization Number. After that number is issued garments must be received in our office within 10 days unless other arrangements have been made. Customer is responsible for freight charges back to TC Spirit. If no defect or error is found, customer will also be responsible for return freight charges. All customized items or personalized items are considered custom items and are not returnable or exchangeable. TC Spirit will not be responsible for remaking or replacing garments that have been outgrown or improperly sized. Garments that meet order specs are not considered a quality issue or a manufacturer defect. Please return by a trackable shipping method (Ex: Fed Ex or UPS). Please obtain prior approval before returning any garments. All garments must be in original packaging, unopened, unworn for exchange or credit to be approved.  

Most garments are custom made for your team. Therefore, once your order is in process it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please check and double check your order for accuracy prior to signing your order confirmation and approval sketch. TC Spirit cannot be held responsible for any errors when submitting your orders.  

TC Spirit assumes no liability for delays in or failure to meet delivery schedules due to the inability to obtain supplies, raw materials, labor or to conditions which we have no control over, including the delay of carriers, accidents, strikes, war, acts of God,  COVID-19, or other unavoidable cause.

These times do not include shipping, allow additional time for transportation to your location.

Shipping is sent FED EX Ground.  If you would like your garments expedited, additional shipping charges will apply.  TC Spirit maintains an excellent on-time delivery schedule,  however, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, carrier interruptions, labor shortages, manufacturing shut downs or other unavoidable causes.
